Wowza!

I am pleased to announce that I have managed to activate the broken
HTC G1 a friend gave me and verify that I did indeed fix it.

Hey!  Now I have a phone which is only tenuously connected to me  In
particular, it has an anonymous Google account.  How Interesting.
