[ale] Way OT: ATL Neighboorhoods and Schools

I think highly of Brookwood HS in Gwinnett, *except* for the math (which 
may be district-wide). Taking math via dual enrollment has worked well; 
we should have looked into that sooner.  The feeder middle schools - 
mixed bag. Not thrilled but we only had to get through them for two 
years, not all three.
