[ale] Way OT: ATL Neighboorhoods and Schools

Not California, except maybe Walnut Creek and Alcalanes Union High
School Districts in the East San Francisco Bay Area. Your best bet is
to look for a Private School that will hold the teachers, the children
and the parents accountable for the level of education needed to be
competitive in the modern world.
