EmoryGuest is provided without encryption, therefore users access this wireless network at their own risk.
EmoryGuest is restricted in the following manner:

Network bandwidth will be throttled to 0.5Mb per second.
Each session will expire in four hours.
Access is restricted to http and https protocols, though users may use VPN to "tunnel" to their home networks.

Subject: [ale] WiFi at Emory meeting building?

Can anyone confirm whether there is wifi available in the building during the meeting tonight? Having the ALE meeting on my personal calendar I scheduled something to be done for work during the same time.
Provided I can have wifi to get online I can do both otherwise I have to miss the meeting tonight and was looking forward to attending based on the topic.
