[ale] Micro$oft blocking Linux booting in hardware

Seems to be the most dangerous Microsoft anti-Linux
scheme yet; it's a new *hardware* standard that could
make it impossible to boot Linux or other non-Windows
operating systems on new PCs.

The Free Software Foundation is taking signatures in an
online initiative trying to prevent this.

I encourage you to sign it, and to tell your friends.
