[ale] Linux audio streaming

Well, I don't know a thing about ffmpeg. But i use darkice practically every
day. I've mentioned that I'm blind so i have my stereo and a digital
converter box connected to my linux computer. Then I listen to NPR or
television programs by connecting to the darkice server. So I can listen to
TV out on my deck by connecting to the darkice server via wireless. I would
imagine you could make it work for the picture too but I don't know how to
do that.

I'm not the greatest linux nerd in the world and it took me only a couple of
hours to set it up.
