Too bad he was trying to make fun of the emergency procedures associated
with the dangers of mercury poisoning and didn't bother to explain the why
of the individual steps. Glenn is welcome to breath all the mercury fumes he
wants.

As many offices' and schools have windows that won't open, the immediate
step of airing out the area to dilute the fumes is simple impossible. He
_could_ have poked fun at the energy savings steps that dictated making
windows that don't open in buildings filled with mercury laden fragile
bulbs. Poking fun at conflicting rules would be too difficult for his
viewers to follow as it requires holding more than one thought at a time in
their mind. </snark>
