Others have already responded with similar feeedback but:

email is not a full-fledged html environment. POST does not work
except in outlook (and maybe some small esoteric readers that are not
browser based). Recall: outlook can't tell between web page and email.
Recall: Outlook is a primary source of security issues from email.

Use a link to a proper web form.
