Looked at all the suggestions, and they all seem doable. FYI, Jim Phillips'
suggestion Collabnet is using codesion which they recently bought.
I will do more research and report back to the list for the rest in case anyone
is interested.

Unfuddle -- www.unfuddle.com -- works well for me. I've also used springloops
and that worked fine, too.
