[ale] Enough with the link spam already

I don't mind them either...I just ignore anything that's not of
interest.  OT stuff is more annoying than links to me and I've learned
to live with that.  I for one do like to check-out links offered here
and do find them in some cases.

I have plenty of RSS feeds that I read via Google Reader. I don't need
my inbox blowing up with links to articles I've already read. If you
have something to _say_ about the article, fine. But please refrain
from posting every interesting link you come across.
