[ale] myth without tv part

Supposedly there is a way to add your mythtv backend to be a TV
stream/channel on XBMC so you can use the slick XBMC front ends.
something like myth://<username>:<password>@i.p.address.of.mythtv  as
the folder path (you can put URLs in the folder path).  I never got it
to work.  But didnt try that hard.
