Yep, done deal. Ran Memtest 86+ overnight. Walked RAM through the slots 
as well as swapped 1st stick with 2nd stick. All diags seem to work. It 
just seems that something on the PCIe bus does not like the initial kick 
from 64bit, but is ok after it gets past that point. If I don't set the 
PCI* card as my default video it will boot and the PCI* card is usable 
after that in 64bit environment.
