[ale] Fwd: Verizon To Throttle High-Bandwidth Users

I don't generally mind relevant news articles on ALE, but I'm curious if
this post somehow differs (in general message) from the one 16 minutes ago?
 It seems to me that both can be summed up as "Verizon is Throttling
High-Bandwidth Users."  Or am I missing something?
