WHAT?  BASED ON WHAT?

I've dealt with HE (for IPv6) for over a decade and that has not been my
experience at all.  They have been quick and responsive and (more
importantly) had cluefull responders to problems.  What problems have
you had and under what circumstances?

Disclaimer:  I have only used their IPv6 and DNS services.  I have not
used their hosting or colo services (I have my own, thank you).
