Have you checked out archive grade media?  ( http://jvc-media.com )  This
may be what you want for long term storage.  Taiyo Yuden has long been
considered *the* company for producing high quality, slow-to-fade optical
media.  You may also want to try multicd (http://danborn.net/multicd/)  I
haven't personally used this app, but it seems to offer the features that
you requested.
