Actually, I just ordered some for my Dell Poweredge 2850.
4G PC3200 (2 x 2G sticks) ECC for $37 USD from Amazon.com.

I ordered two sets so I can take one of my 2850's to 10G of RAM (6 slots
- 4 with 2 Gig and 2 with 1G) and free up a two 1G sticks for the other
2850 that may become the new ale.org server.
