[ale] Conversion of WMV files to MP4(H.264), OGG, & Webm

I use Handbrake to transcode VCR rips from MPEG2 to .mp4.  Once I found 
the magic invocation, I can go from Handbrake to Apple iMovie to iDVD 
and get great results.
