I have a Sun Ultra 40 I'd like to cram more memory into. I've dug around ebay some, and if I had a Ultra40M2 which uses DDR2 ram, I'd be set. Anyone have or know where to find DDR1 ECC Ram? Was hoping to find 2 or 4mg sticks?
