[ale] Import keys to Ubntu

All my key work has been on windows. I put Ubuntu on a net book and
find that I am unable to import my secret key and public key. Seahorse
is installed by default. On the forums it said I needed the
seahorse-plugins, which have not been released for the current version
of Ubuntu.
