[ale] Creating a website (semi-rant)

Oh, I have done some CSS in my time.  When it came on the scene in the
mid-90's we passed on it at the web development company I co-owned as it
was too young of a spec.  Now much better but still overdone IMHO.  Yes,
it is good for some things as you mention but I like to be conservative
with its use.  

But I do have to admit that the more I hear myself "talk" the more I
think I sound like one of those HTML 1.0 purists that I used to rail
against when I was developing and selling graphical (frames) websites in
the mid-90's!  Becoming an old fart I guess....
