[ale] [OT] Weird <META> Tag Problem

Hello all.

I'm having a weird issue formatting a page I'm developing for mobile
devices. If you visit http://traqr.cc/ from a mobile device, the form won't
submit. The form would submit before I added the line: "echo '<meta
name="viewport" content="width=320″ />'"

Any ideas why adding a <META> tag would make it so I can't submit a form?
When I comment out the line, it submits just fine.
