Just create a Windows Live ID[1] and quit being a dick about it. All
it is used for is logging into the Xbox Live service. I use a Hotmail
account that won't even work if I try to login to Hotmail (they
disable Hotmail accounts after a period of inactivity).

"All governments suffer a recurring problem: Power attracts
pathological personalities. It is not that power corrupts but that it
is magnetic to the corruptible. Such people have a tendency to become
drunk on violence, a condition to which they are quickly addicted."
