I will comment more on this.

Data Center services is not a commodity based product.  Colo vendors do
not wish to share their pricing and for good reason.  It is also best
that prospects don't base their sole decision on pricing and this is why
you must first talk to a sales person before you can even get the
rates.  

You know I'm at Peak 10 but we did consult with another vendor (name
withheld).  Their pricing was a tad lower but during the sales process
there were a few questions that I asked that they avoided.  One of these
were "Who is here at 2AM?".  We offer a 24x7 service that must stay up.
I'm 20 minutes away from our rack so it is important to us that someone
is there and can assist, and have.  You need to look at everything
before making a decision and then make the value per dollar
determination.

We moved all critical services from our office to the colo because I
said that we could not sell people a 24x7 service on DSL.  We had to
have redundant power (generator) and redundant pipe (multiple carriers).
I've got customers who have their own gear that are doing stuff on DSL
while selling their customers 24x7 service.
