For lots of great geeky security info, see http://grc.com/securitynow/ or 
look for Security Now on http://twit.tv .  The former has lower bandwidth 
podcasts and transcripts.  The latter has higher bandwidth podcasts and 
many other shows as well.  Listen to all 5 years of back issues.  8-)
