[ale] HOWTO Install Mono C# development tools in Ubuntu 10.04

If you are having a problem getting it to work try opening the
"license number" dialog from the help menu and key in the order number
on your receipt from where you sold your soul.  I've heard that helps
but have no personal experience with it. ;-)
