[ale] Ubuntu Linux Defrag EXT4

Ed,

Thanks for the note.  So far, it seems not much is available for EXT4 and 
several people say it's not very necessary.  I'm a little leery about 
trying what appears to be and EXT2.  Maybe someone else knows if this works.
