well, duh!

THE TOTALITARIAN CAPITALIST STRUCTURAL MECHANICS OF
CORPORATION ARE DIRECTLY AND COMPLETELY ANTITHETICAL
TO EVERY FORM OF FREE MARKET.

The singular goal of the charter for an externally capitalized
corporation is to further the unbridled avarice of the lazy, uninvolved,
blood sucking external investor elite by ruthlessly pursuing monopoly
market domination without any substantive concern or regard for the
internal and external human communities or physical commonwealth
resources that the corporation exploits.

This repeatedly demonstrated affect is not malicious motivation so
much as it is just a factual (and fatal) failing of a system that has no
inherent accountability. This fatal flaw is the reason our Casino
Capitalist economic systems and the working class peoples in them
are repeatedly and cyclicly devastated by the by the abusive and
exploitive greed of the wealthy elitist bloodsucking privateers who
claim corporate ownership. Beyond the scale of the village,
the capitalist market model provides no accountability.
