The brute force $$$ method is to buy one of the new computers with the VNC server built right into the management interface firmware.  This is handy for me in demonstrating things such as the XenClient interface, and doing any hardware level BIOS or UEFI screenshots / movies.

Using an existing server with an hardware Keyboard Video Mouse for the project might be considerably cheaper if available.
