[ale] screenshot question

I would suggest googling how to copy the screen buffer to a file from
the command line in an alternate VT (assuming you are doing a
graphical install). It won't be in a common image format but should be
able to be converted on a more complete Linux install. Then you have
to figure how to get the file off the machine.
