If I had to pee in the system during the doping, I'd have NEVER finished
cleaning it out! :-) Not to mention the really expensive part was at the
bottom of the chambers.

Ultra-high vacuum sees a fingerprint and a contaminant source for about 2
years of hard vacuum pumping. So it was latex gloves and aluminum foil
sleeves if I had to actually open the chamber(s). That was followed by a
vacuum purge of about 2 days while the heat tape was applied and the whole
tank was covered in foil. Then the bake out ran until the mass spec quit
bleeping off the chart. Then a 2 day cool down and leak checking with more
mass spec and helium hoses.
