It might be easier to sell the B as a bunch of Cs.  Most people dont want real IPs inside the corporate network.  They only want real ones on customer facing items.  Even then, they put real IPs on firewalls, and everything else in the DMZ has a fake (192.168.x.x/10.x.x.x) ip.
