[ale] One-time validation of LCSP server certificates for 'pidgin'

I have the same issue. It seems to use the same cert tree as mozilla but it
has no permanent exception tree capability. It seems to be a static compiled
thing but I really haven't dug further. I just keep clicking "OK".
