[ale] Slightly tilted comparison of OpenOffice to MS Office

These guys typically lean to MS since they offer substantially reduced licenses to MS products for schools on donated/older PCs, but I'm actually happy that OO is at least getting serious nods from them now, and they're pointing out obvious advantages to OO. Daniel
