[ale] meeting notice (NOT!)

We could potentially build a vpn connection inside the CISCO lab, at the 
LTC LUG NUTs headquarters!!, with one of our many CISCO routers and 
workaround any issues that may come in to play.  Hopefully the bandwidth 
throttle will not affect the conference stream.  That will also depend 
on permission from Hans Dukes, the academic advisor for the LUG NUTs, 
and maybe the College's IT Department.
