[ale] Using PXE to boot Live Ubuntu CD

In a linux world, using dhcpd, those options are what tell the pxe
booting box where to look so it can boot. My knowledge beyond this is
thin but I do know that not having those two entries correct is a sure
way to spend lots of frustrating hours.

In the past, dhcpd would, by default, declare itself as 'next-server'
but now it must be specified.

If you aren't familiar with LTSP, it delivers, typically through PXE
boot, a small kernel to the booting box so it act as a thin client.
