Back off your /home data and anything "special" in /etc and do a fresh
install. Tell it you want to do a "manual drive config" and see what it
shows.  After that, it's actually pretty easy to delete all partitions on
all drives, select a drive, create a /boot then create a RAID partition,
repeat, select RAID and make a RAID device. Now select the RAID device and
create an LVM for /, /home, /var, etc
