Not really a "HowTo" but a reference guide is in Fedora 13 
documentation. "Fedora 13 Virtualization Guide" KVM is the default 
virtual manger in Fedora/Red Hat since Red Hat had bought the company 
that created it. Last I saw they are still working out a few issues of 
converting it to 100% GPLv3. I believe that it was originally released 
under some other license that wasn't necessarily OSS, but RH has changed 
that or is changing it.
