"seems easy" until you talk to the brain dead morons that answer the
phones. Windows is "easy" in that they either have the driver or they
don't.
I'd rather spend some time getting the right answer in a forum than
jumping through some script monkey's hoops.

Just you wait until you have to work with those non-proprietary/free
OSes and Applications. ;-) Apple and M$ make it seem easy (they have
1-800 numbers and Stores) compared to Ubuntu driver issues, GMail
Support, Google Reader RSS formating issues, Adobe FlashPlayer version
incompatibilities, etc.
