I think I may have finally figured out why I'm having problems. It seems
that the integrated chip needs something newer than my HD3650. According
to Gigabyte I need at least a HD 5450 in order for the combination to
work. I tried going back to using the ViewSonic on the DVI and the VIZIO
on the VGA and Catalyst wouldn't allow the right screen resolution of
either one. So I guess I'm going to have to get a 5xxx series graphic
card.
