[ale] can't install Wine

Keep in mind that all wine data is in the homedir. But if wineserver hasn't
died, it will keep files open and thise will be used when another wine
process starts... all must be killed and then ~/.wine must be deleted or
moved out of the way, and then one can start fresh.

Also, this doesn't remove items from the DE menus; I cannot remember where
they are other than the fact that they are in ~ in a dot folder.
