About a yr ago, I carefully read all the VirtualBox licenses. They may 
have changed.

The OSE is free to use anyway that you like provided you follow the 
GPLv2 (or later) requirements.

The PUEL is viable for individual use only, not as part of a 
deployment.  In an old FAQ, it stated that the CIO for a company can 
install it on his work PC/laptop and use it without cost.  However, if 
it becomes an IT deployment, then a license is needed.

"Evaluation license" means just that.

On a server, I wouldn't run VirtualBox. I had stability issues with it 
over the summer. If you are doing Linux-only virtualization, KVM is a 
good alternative. It may be good for mixed virtualization environments 
too, I just don't do that. For that "other OS", I've used ESX or ESXi.
