MIT has a long list of OpenCourseWare including:
6.189 A Gentle Introduction to Programming Using Python
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-189-a-gentle-introduction-to-programming-using-python-january-iap-2010/
I have not checked it out yet because I am currently taking another
online programming course from Harvard. I believe the lectures are
available in video, maybe on youtube.
I was at the pyatl meeting last night. The topic "Fun ways to learn
more Python" reviewed the websites:
http://projecteuler.net/ - not python specific, but a lot of python
solutions here
and
http://www.pythonchallenge.com/
The speaker also recommended the IRC python channel on freenode.
