[ale] Cheap SSL Provider

I currently use CACERT for encryption, and pgp use when necessary.
You can find them here http://www.cacert.org/ and  they offer S/mime,
ssl, and a few other types of certification.
Typically the certs last for six months, and they will send you an
email to log back in and renew your certs and prevent them from
expiring.

Then use your browser to visit http://www.cacert.org and download the
Root Certificate CRT file
In Firefox, visit Tools > Options >Advanced > Encryption > View
Certificates and add the Root Certificate in Signing Authorities.
