[ale] slow sending email via localhost

Need nssswitch line:

hosts:    files dns

also make sure /etc/hosts has line

127.0.0.1 localhost

Also double check /etc/resolve.conf has a fast nameserver as the first  one.
Test with:

time dig www.yahoo.com
