[ale] OT: Finding SDRAM for Laptops in Bulk

Does anyone know a source for lots of 256MiB PC100 or PC133 SDRAM for
laptops? I'm interested in purchasing as many as 50 sticks. I have no
trouble finding many other speeds and capacities of desktop and laptop RAM
by the lot on ebay, but for this combination I'm striking out. 

(All the laptops that the RAM goes in will run linux, of course.)
