I like the statement, "make sure you install Windows 7 a couple of
days in advance". You aren't helping MS evangelize if the visitors see
your frustration. Oh, then there is the low quality voice over, "call
customer service if you have any questions."

I just think it is brilliant that a corporation is trying to get their
paid users to sell out their friends, and become the first line of
tech support for those friends. That concept totally works when the
software is Free, community developed, and community maintained. It
seems like either a vile exploitation, or a desperate gesture from a
dieing megalodon.
