[ale] Fedora 11 update broke my printer

dump the printer, restart the printer and the cups process driving it.
Recreate it using a PPD file from HP. Don't use the foomatic stuff in
Fedora.

I've had massive issues with HP printers "acting strange" with the
cups/foomatic defs in Fedora. Works fine in RHEL.
