As opposed to finding this in Exchange or something where you get to
wrestle with a support tech for a month while they dismiss the problem
because "they can't reproduce it". Followed by them finally reproducing
it but then listening to them dismiss it as unimportant because "it's
isolated to a particular configuration". Followed by 6 months of
inaction followed by a service pack with the fix. And a new set of
bugs...
