[ale] migrating thunderbird messages to kmail

Any email that is forwarded via a filter is forwarded as an attachment, 
regardless of how thunderbird is configured.  The problem for me is that 
the iPhone email app does not recognize the .eml extension, thus when a 
filter forwards an email to my iPhone, I get an email with the proper 
subject and a useless image attachment that has the name of the 
forwarded attachment.

I've since found a different iPhone email app that resolves the problem 
for me, thus, I'm staying with thunderbird.
