Register.com has what they call their "partner support" RCOM Express
group (http://www.rcomexpress.com).  I've been using them for 3+ years
now with no major problems.  The important things to me were worldwide
robust DNS infrastructure (they use eNom), TXT record support,
multiple MX/Email options (hosted, remote, fwd, etc), as well as
UrlFwd/Redirct for a domain.  Domains are ~$15/year with 1-10 year
options. They also support nearly every other TLD from .us to .biz to
.tv
